We are so excited to announce our First Annual Autumn on the Rim "Canapés & Canvas" Gala event at The Payson Public Library benefitting Rim Country Artists, and Rim Country Empty Bowls! Tickets to this exclusive event will go on sale Labor Day Weekend, be on the lookout for more information on where to acquire them. It will be a beautiful Art show celebrating arts of all different mediums, paintings, ceramic, jewelry, fabric, sculpture, and more! A variety of delicious hors d'oeuvres and wine will be served that night as well. The art show will also continue that Saturday, and include great student art from our local schools!

Be sure to check out some of RCA's wonderful artists' work in their own home studios, featuring the works of Robert Hershberger, Barbara Zirinsky, Lynn Marie, Ernest Nickles in Payson, and Ahrendt Studios in Pine.

Join the RCA board for an introductory question and answer session about RCA"s updated mission and vision for the arts and community throughout Rim Country. 

Join us at the Payson Golf Club, Starting August 5th through November, 4pm-8pm -- admission and artists booths are free -- to participate, contact RCA directly via phone or email.

This year, Payson invites you to enjoy a night out to remember at Barley & Vines; a craft beer and wine tasting experience. 

This event is located in the Mazatzal Hotel & Casino parking lot located off of State Route 87, connecting you with local businesses hosting each pour station. The event also features multiple live music performances, an artisan fair, and food available for purchase. A portion of the ticket price will go to supportiing RCA and its mission! www.barleynvines.com 

We still have a few more openings for those wishing to participate in this 3 day workshop. It will start with our monthly PAL meeting, open to all, at Green Valley Park, 4/13, the following day will be an all day paint workshop on the banks of the East Verde River in Beaver Valley, and finally Thursday we will spend the day painting the Tonto Natural Bridge. Mr. Cramer will be coaching, teaching, and critiquing artists throughout the entire workshop. We’ve scoped out some of the most beautiful, paintable spots in Rim Country for this inspiring event. Our first annual Golf Tournament and Art Show: Golf "Fore" the Arts Tournament and Art Festival. Saturday, June 5th, 2021, 8:00am-3:pm.  Hosted by Payson Golf Club and Payson Art League, this exciting fund-raiser and Art Show and Sale will bring together competitive golfers, community advocates, musicians, art collectors, juried artists, and chefs for a lovely outdoor event. We will be raising money for the Art League, while providing a gorgeous venue for local fine artists to sell their works, open to the public. We will also conduct an auction of highly collectable small works from our region's world-acclaimed artists, as well as provide gifts, prizes, raffles, and amazing food and adult beverages supplied by Chef Randy Ortega Jr of the Fairways Bar and Grill.  The tournament cost per person will be $100, get 10% off if you sign up a team of 5. If you are an artist that would like to participate in the show be on the look out for the juried application, coming soon. 

Pat Walker will be hosting PAL members, Mud Club Members and Ceramic students from EAC to attend an exciting all day event. Details to be announced soon. If you would like a ceramic artist to create a small vessel for you to glaze and fire, please let us know. A small fee will be charged for the vessel. This is open to all interested members, even if ceramics isn't your medium. Join us for a Potluck and demonstration at 3:00 pm. Pat's house is at 211 S. Ash, Payson, AZ just north of Bonita St.
